You can watch our streaming media programming in your browser
using Microsoft's Media Player. To start a video, you need to
select your speed - 100K or 300K. Choose 100K if you have an
ISDN or DSL connection. Choose 300K if you have a Cable Modem,
DSL line, or T1.
How do I know if I have 100K or 300K?
Generally the higher bandwidth, the higher the capacity of
your internet connection to move data to your computer and
the better the quality of our video programming. If you're
at home using a cable modem, an internet on your TV service
like Roadrunner, WebTV or Excite@Home, or a special kind of
high speed phone line such as DSL or ISDN, you can watch in
100K or 300K, you should try both and see which works best
for you. If you're watching from your office and your computer
is part of a network you should be able to watch by clicking
on 300K. If you're watching in 300K, we would suggest that
you position your mouse cursor over the video image, right
click and select "Full Screen" to watch full motion,
high resolution images that look and feel like conventional
television! Whichever bandwidth to watch our programs, you'll
get the best quality video available on the internet today
-- and you should certainly feel free to experiment with all
speeds to see which one works best for you.

Why does the video sometimes stop
or pause?
Streaming" technology delivers audio and video to you
without waiting for a complete file download. However, if
the show stops or pauses, it is most likely due to high traffic
or net congestion. If you still can't see video, check out

Help Site, or email us -- info@relaxingTV.com -- for more
detailed information regarding browser and plug-in issues.
